Physical programmes organised by SWBC

We believe that a staff member who is healthy and well will be able to maximise his or her contribution and do the job well. Therefore we emphasize on promoting a healthy lifestyle for our staff. Indoor exercise, workouts and online workout sessions are some of the activities which incorporate fun and promote health for our staff.
